Site Gets Major Service PDF Print E-mail

Apologies to users who have noticed strange happenings lately.  The site has been undergoing major maintenance and its Content Management System (CMS) has been upgraded from Joomla! version 1.0.15 to version 1.5.9 (for any nerds out there).

There is a lot more to do as much of the the upgrade is far from automated, so I cannot promise when things will be back to normal.  I will of course work tirelessly, night and day on this one, so don't hold your breath
